In our average of 8 private lessons, we see that individuals who do not have a serious fear of water stay afloat. In individuals with a serious fear of water, the patient training given to relax the individual learns to stay afloat in an average of 8-16 sessions.

How is the Swimming Training Process for Individuals Who Cannot Swim?

For individuals who do not know how to swim, basic training is first provided in the shallow section of the pool where the feet touch the ground, with time devoted to the most basic issues such as theoretical information on understanding the buoyancy of water, breathing exercises, foot kicks, and correct body positioning, in order to ensure water adaptation.After completing the Basic Training, we move to the deep part where the feet do not touch the ground and practice staying on the surface of the water. Thanks to the basic training you have received, you will see that you are much more confident in the deep part and comfortable enough to ensure our safety.During this process, the relevant trainer provides one-on-one training with the student in the water.
