Yes, you can definitely learn! Swimming is a skill that can be learned at any age. As an adult, it can take some time to get used to the water and learn basic swimming techniques, but with the right guidance and regular practice, you can be successful. In our average of 8 private lessons, we see that individuals who do not have a serious fear of water stay afloat. In individuals with a serious fear of water, the patient training given to relax the individual learns to stay afloat in an average of 8-16 sessions.
For individuals who do not know how to swim, basic training is first provided in the shallow section of the pool where the feet touch the ground, with time devoted to the most basic issues such as theoretical information on understanding the buoyancy of water, breathing exercises, foot kicks, and correct body positioning, in order to ensure water adaptation.
After completing the Basic Training, we move to the deep part where the feet do not touch the ground and practice staying on the surface of the water. Thanks to the basic training you have received, you will see that you are much more confident in the deep part and comfortable enough to ensure our safety.
During this process, the relevant trainer provides one-on-one training with the student in the water.

We select students who have received training within our club for a certain period of time and reached the highest levels for our youth team.

In our club, you can enjoy swimming without interruption during the winter months. Our pools are kept at the ideal temperature and the temperature of the water allows your children to swim comfortably. We also provide training in indoor, temperature-controlled areas, so you can do sports safely without being affected by the cold weather conditions outside.
